I believe I'm at that point in life where either it's time to move to a new company or change career paths. I took the plunge 6years ago to move to the UK. Something I learnt early in my career is that get comfortable being uncomfortable. Which definitely aided me in making the move to the UK by myself, 2 big bags and some Rands.
Fortunately finding yourself in your comfort zone after such a big move tends to mean you've made good decisions and done a great job, so it's not the worst problem you can have. Kudos for recognising when the time is right to make a change!
